About Stephanie
Hey there fellow Fitsteppers,
I am Steph and I am a qualified Fitsteps instructor and have been for the last 6 years. I usually find it hard to go to places like the gym as it can usually be an intimidating place to go and find it hard to find the motivation to even get there. I also find it hard just to exercise in general.
I then saw Fitsteps around 7 years ago and started going to a Fitsteps class that was actually being run by Strictly Come Dancing professional, Ian Waite. I found it was a fantastic way to learn something new and I was also getting exercise whilst learning - I didn't realsie I could learn and have fun whilst I was exercising!
So I took it upon myself to become an instructor for Fitsteps - it was on of the best things I have done! I do Fitstep classes on the side of my day job.

Fitsteps is a dance fitness class which comines Ballroom and Latin steps. Originally created by former professional Strictly Come Dancing stars Ian Waite and Natalie Lowe, along side Olymic swimmer, Mark Foster, Fitsteps will aim to provid you with a fun and effective workout while it delivers fitness results.
Learners can enjoy different dancing styles such as the Cha Cha Cha, Jive and Waltz. Fitsteps is a great way to stay fit, lean and also to have fun at the same time! Fitsteps is created for people of any age rage and body type!

Details
£20 per hour for one - on - one sessions on a week by week basis (No commitment to booking in blocks).
£120 for blocks of 6 hours (1 one hour session per week for 6 weeks).
Can do group sessions in blocks as stated above.
£240 for blocks of 12 hours (2 one hour sessions per week for 6 weeks).

I know prices are different above but it wouldn't let me leave it blank. Please meessage me for more details. I can try and arrange group bookings within Maidenhead area and do block bookings but can also do one - on - one bookings instead.
At the present time, I do not do sessions online. Only in person.
