About Omkar Zori
Let me introduce myself. I am a Strength and conditioning professional (Sports fitness coach) who is currently working with tennis athletes at Rohan Bopanna Tennis Academy, Bangalore, with previous experience of working with hockey, boxing and football athletes with formal education background of Bachelor's in sports and exercise science and currently pursuing Master's in Strength and Conditioning. My focus is to make my clients all-round fit while achieving their short term & long term athletic goals through fun and engaging workouts. Let's connect and make you more "Athletic". ️

Omkar is a really practical and knowledgeable guy. I have had a more upclose experience of training with him and trust me for this that he knows what all is required for gaining or losing weight and effectively retaining that acquired state. He has a deep knowledge of the main body muscles, their movements and how any diet has effect on the functioning of the body.
I will just say one thing for ending this review, if you do want to make yourself fit, do as what he says and you will find yourself physically fit.He is talented, hardworking and always carries himself with calm and composed attitude, most importantly good conversational skills, if any given issue comes up it can be smoothly worked out with him being the mentor.
