About Ella
I am a fourth-year Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Honors) student at the University of Southern Queensland, currently completing my final placement and preparing to graduate within the next 12 months. Throughout my degree, I have gained extensive academic knowledge and hands-on clinical experience, working with a wide range of clients in exercise delivery, rehabilitation, and health education. I am passionate about making complex topics in health, fitness, and rehabilitation easy to understand. My teaching style is clear, supportive, and practical, focusing on breaking down challenging concepts and linking theory to real-world application. I aim to inspire confidence in my students, whether they are preparing for exams, working through university content, or building a stronger understanding of health and exercise principles. My lessons are student-focused and adaptable, typically running for 60 minutes, but always tailored to your learning needs and goals. I welcome learners of all ages — from high school students studying Biology, Health, and PE to university students in exercise science or related fields, as well as adults seeking knowledge in personal training, pre/post-natal health, or rehabilitation.
