About Savannah
I studied at Temple University in the field of Exercise and Sport Science with knowledge of weekly physical activity standards and daily nutritional needs for an individual. I have taught and coached swimming for a total of five years. Also, I have done private fitness training for individuals aged 14-60 years old. I have a passion for strength training and knowledge of running mechanics for top speed, acceleration, and change of direction. I currently hold a BLS certification.

I have extensive knowledge both as an athlete and coach. Not only do I have hands-on experience, I have a background knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and nutrition. This allows me to assess a person's needs and abilities quickly and implement easy, achievable goals.

Savannah is an excellent trainer. Each work out is unique and fun. She not only tailors and exercises based on your goals, but she also listens to you about the areas of concern. She offers modifications of the exercise is too challenging or difficult. Plus her positive attitude and approach makes each workout feel successful. After each session I feel energized and that I did a full comprehensive workout! Highly recommend working with her!
