About Maria Alice

My name is Maria Alice. I'm an executive and entrepreneur who specializes in architecting high-growth business strategies. As the Business Development Director at Alura, I recruited and led a team that increased revenue by 530% in a single year, surpassing our sales quota by 120%. Before that, I helped build the enterprise sales department at Stone Co. and led new venture creation at FALCONI and AB InBev. I also know what it takes to build a business from the ground up. As the founder and CEO of NaHora.com, I led my startup to achieve a 28% monthly growth rate for over a year. My approach combines battle-tested sales methodologies with a deep understanding of data and analytics from my studies at UC Berkeley and research at Oxford. I teach the practical frameworks that generate real, measurable results. I have been mentoring business, tech, and data executives for the past years, directly, in mentoring and training sessions, and indirectly, through my own website, Maria Alice Maia.
