About Christelle
I am Christelle Le Gallo, certified executive coach (diploma recognized by the state), practicing in Nantes (Ste Luce Sur Loire) and remotely.
I have been trained for more than 5 years in executive coaching and emotional intelligence, and I work as such with higher education institutions or company employees.
I previously worked as an IT project manager for 16 years for a software publisher in Nantes.

I accompany individuals to remove their emotional or technical blockages, in order to achieve their professional and/or personal objectives.
Students consult me regularly to prepare their resumé, exams and interviews (exams, entry into a school, job interview, driver's license ...), find motivation and meaning in their lives, and also to learn to get to know each other in order to gain self-esteem and self-confidence.
The tools used will depend on the need and what you already have in place.
These are 1h30 face-to-face sessions on Ste Luce Sur Loire (East ring road of Nantes), or remotely by Zoom for example. The number of sessions depends on the need and the objective.
For a CV, interview preparation or any targeted request, you can count 2 to 3 sessions. For needs that are spread out over time, we can go up to ten sessions.

Perfect! Christelle m'a reçu très rapidement dans ses locaux, après une visio permettant de préciser mes besoin de suivi le jour même de la prise de contact.
Ses conseils ont permis de débloquer certains points de mon oral, et d'apporter un angle nouveau afin de me préparer au mieux pour le jour J.
J'ai été admis, et j'ai trouvé que ces séances ont eu un effet très bénéfique sur ma communication et ainsi que mon argumentation.
