About Livia
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics and have 4 years of teaching experience. My interest in Excel began with working on data organization and analysis, where I discovered how powerful spreadsheets can be. Over time, I developed a teaching approach that focuses on simplicity and practical learning.
My teaching style is clear, patient, and step-by-step. I explain concepts using real-life examples so students can easily understand and apply them. I encourage practice during lessons to help learners build confidence and independence. I also adjust my teaching based on each student’s pace and comfort level.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy working on data-related projects and exploring new Excel features. Teaching Excel is rewarding because I see students gain useful skills that help them in academics and work. Helping them become confident and efficient motivates me to continue teaching with dedication.

Excel becomes easy to learn when students understand how data is organized and how formulas work together. My lessons focus on building strong basics in spreadsheets, including formatting, functions, and data handling through simple explanations. I guide students step by step so they can understand how to use Excel effectively. Each session is practical and interactive, allowing learners to practice tasks and build confidence while learning.
I design lessons according to the student’s experience level. Beginners learn basic navigation, data entry, and simple formulas like SUM and AVERAGE. Intermediate learners explore functions such as IF, VLOOKUP, and data sorting techniques. Advanced students focus on pivot tables, charts, and data analysis tools. Practice exercises and real-life examples are included in every lesson to help students apply their knowledge.
Excel helps students become more organized and efficient in handling data. As they gain confidence, they can complete tasks faster and with greater accuracy. Many students feel proud when they create their own spreadsheets and automate processes. My goal is to make Excel simple, useful, and easy to apply in everyday situations.
