I have a plethora of experience working as a mentor with young people and with those who experience mental health issues.
I have worked in youth centres and within church groups, however I now work with individual clients free from any institutions. Hence this profile. My speciality is transforming my clients lives for the best and placing them in a position where they are able to not only improve their lives but also the lives of those around them.
I have always been into sociology, psychology, spirituality, positive thinking, personal development and high performance. I have worked incredibly hard to be at the place that I am in right now in my life. A place where I am able to accept the good and the bad, a place where nothing can move me into an undesirable pit of depression and a place where I am always able to deal with any and all situations with a can do attitude and with great enthusiasm.
I believe we can all reach this equilibrium of inner peace within oneself.
