About Sharon
Do you find that local French speakers often switch to English when you try to speak? This frustration typically stems from small gaps in pronunciation or intonation that we can easily fix.
My lessons integrate reading comprehension and writing skills to build a solid foundation for your DELF or DELE exams. We spend time on everyday phrases and essential verb conjugations so you can communicate without hesitation. I incorporate listening practice to help you distinguish between regional dialects and formal patterns.
A significant differentiator in my approach is our weekly conversation recordings which we review together to track your progress. Teaching started for me after completing my Master of Arts in French and CELTA at McGill University. Helping students navigate the complexities of bilingual life in Canada remains my primary focus.
