About Kiana
I am an experienced nursing professional and educator with a strong background in mentoring and supporting students across all levels of their nursing journey. With over a decade of hands-on clinical experience, I bring a deep understanding of nursing principles, real-world application, and effective teaching strategies. I have extensive experience in developing and implementing nursing curricula, ensuring that students not only understand the material but can confidently apply it in both academic and clinical settings. My teaching approach focuses on breaking down complex concepts into clear, manageable information, tailored to each student’s individual learning style. I am passionate about creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment, with the ability to effectively connect with students from diverse backgrounds. I take pride in building strong, constructive relationships that promote confidence, engagement, and academic success. Throughout my work, I have: Guided students through challenging coursework and exam preparation Identified individual learning gaps and developed targeted improvement strategies Assisted in program development, evaluation, and research initiatives Provided one-on-one mentorship to help students reach their full potential My goal is to not only help students succeed academically, but to empower them with the knowledge, confidence, and critical thinking skills needed to excel in their nursing careers.
