My lessons will be different to every student and it will meet your requirements and needs. Of course we all learn in a different way and that is why my lessons will be personalised.
However this will be the generic format of it:
We will start always with a warm up.
This can be cardio or mobility based (depending, of course, on a different aspect: what is the session planned on, mobility of the student, etc...)
Guidelines will be given throughout the session to make sure the warm up and the stretches are being done safely.
After the warm up we will go to the main session where it will be, again, personalised for the student.
We will have the session planned in advance and of course it will be related on your goals and it will be decided on how many days you would like to train and work out.
