About Moniq
I am a qualified early childhood teacher, advanced academic in nutrition and training, wholistic wellness tutor and currently studying a bachelor of psychology, majoring in psychotherapy and I’ve elected criminology as a progressive. I am well versed in the esoteric, however understand the need to create natural, organic ways to integrate calm and creativity into ones life. I am Australian and speak little to no other languages, I do however tend to understand and converse with everyone just the same. I am happy to use technical interpreter devices if need be.

My methodology is based on individual client analysis and interest. I believe in looking forward but sometimes in order to map our best route forward we may need to understand certain things about our past self or circumstances. Childhood regression therapy and cognitive behavioural training are my methods here. Meditation and breathing, positive thinking, mindfulness and self awareness guidance as well as well thought out eating and excersise plans are all aspects each individual can expect to gain knowledge on under my coaching. Of course, all is relative and excessive, overwhelmed, unsure and confused are not part of my ‘future you’ training! Communication is key and regular reanalysis and assessment of how your coming along is a must. We will do this together. I use five psychotherapy tools in areas of emotional intelligence, social and behavioural patterns, cognitive reconfiguring and spiritual development and personal resilience. Goals and feel good activities you can expect to create if you haven’t already and helpful hints on day to day distressing. This includes info on foods good and not so good for different things. Each client will be specific and although there is a base module I created to step by step build a new outlook and perspective formation, a better life for you through coaching will come through your letting me in on all that makes you tick- no matter how big or small. There is no pass or fail. Essentially you decide when you feel ‘complete’ based on our self study plans we create together. The more tangible aspects like jobs, prioritising, relationships with others can be more directive as a lesson but I encourage and remind students always to remember life is lesson and an opportunity every day in one way or another. It’s about opening yourself to see it. So wether you need an all round coach, a good listener with soft guidance or an information smorgasbord with clear direction, I am confident I can help you. As I said, each ‘curriculum ‘ if you will is individualised and structured pertaining to your requested needs and shared story and interests. There is no right way to be , just the best you to achieve! I look forward to assisting you enrich your life in every way possible.

I can come to you within a 10k radius. We can sit at a coffee shop, the beach, walk and talk, sometimes physical learning in the park may be beneficial.
