About Charlotte
I have been studying Pilates for the past 5 years and it has truly helped me understand my body and its needs. By practising a little bit every day, I rapidly started noticing changes in my strength, flexibility and most of all confidence. I believe that isn’t only a trendy Pilates workout, but a real way to get to know your body by understanding the way it moves, stretches and breathes. I am in the process of getting a proper degree, in order to help people in their lives, simply because Pilates has changed mine.

A typical class starts with a good warm-up! This time is to connect with your breathing, your sensations and to condition your body for the session. Exercises will start on a classical Pilates move, adding on progressions to create patterns and flow that target muscle groups either isolated or simultaneously in order to strengthen your deep muscular system and improve your balance, posture and overall mobility and flexibility. To finish the class with a treat, a 5-minute finisher to improve your cardio, will for sure make the class memorable.
I build my sessions around your goals and needs. Therefore, they are designed for everyone who’s looking to move their bodies, from beginner to advanced. What remains the same are the 45 minutes and the promise that you’ll feel energised, strong and boosted for the rest of your day.
