About Marwa
A little bit about me... I was born in the United States, lived in Lebanon for 17 years, and eventually moved to Australia to build a new life and continue my personal growth. My journey has been one of healing and self-discovery, as I sought out the best practices to become the best version of myself. Growing up, I faced many challenges, but I made the conscious decision to break free from those circumstances and heal. Today, I continue to embrace new strategies as I move through the different phases of life, feeling more grounded and aligned than ever before. Leaving my Lebanese family and starting fresh in Australia has been a transformative experience that forced me to undergo rigorous life training. What sets me apart in this work is the depth of my personal experience—I’ve lived in different countries, navigated significant changes, experimented with various strategies, and studied extensively to refine my approach. I completed my Coaching Certificate, combining my lived experiences with professional training to guide others on their journey. Now, I am here to help you discover your own strategies within the context of your environment, sharing the tools and insights that have worked for me. Through our coaching sessions, you will work towards whatever goals you set, in a hopeful, empowering, and energized way. Together, we’ll identify your strengths and learn how to channel them in your favor. My approach is to help you feel truly alive, filled with hope and excitement as you transform your life, adding new strategies to your toolkit along the way.

The Coaching Service is a strength-based program tailored to your environment and life. We would talk once a week, with light activities in between, for about two months.
It is transformative and takes you in the direction you choose as you find the LIFE in your life.
It is a hopeful and exciting journey, typically lasting 8 to 12 sessions. Yes! It has an ending; it is not an ongoing process.
It's so easy for us to go through life living it by default. When we intentionally work towards our life goals and channel our strengths, utilizing everything that has worked in our lives, the changes that happen can be truly amazing. Using an evidence-based approach called Appreciative Inquiry, which has been shown to positively impact outcomes at all levels, including participant reactions, attitudes, knowledge, skills, behavior change, and organizational change. We follow different phases to reach your ideal vision using your strengths.
