Who am I? I'm Ceri Clark and I have an MSc in Information and Library Studies. I have been helping people with technology for decades, and I also wrote a helpful user guide called A Simpler Guide to Gmail.
This course will be tailored to you and your ability. We can discuss what you want to get out of the course in your first hour lesson, but here are some things we could cover:
Introduction to PCs & Laptops: Learn how to log in, use a mouse/trackpad, and navigate the keyboard.
Learn about apps & programmes: Discover essential computer applications and their functions.
Working with files: Create, manage, and organise documents with ease. How do you want to organise your life?
Discover the power of internet browsing: Master online search, website navigation, and the basics of online safety.
Printing: Understand printing essentials and options available.
Storage Methods: Explore different storage devices and data transfer techniques.
Duration: Customisable sessions based on your pace and availability.
Language: English
Location: These are online lessons so it can take place wherever you are as long as you have an internet connection. I am based in Newport, South Wales.
