About Charlotte
I am a hard-working student-centric English language teacher with 12 years’ experience in designing and delivering interactive, relevant, creative lessons for adult learners to help them gain confidence in their language ability to attain work or commence further studies in Australia. By focusing on my teaching, counseling and communication skills, plus creative, problem-solving and presentation skills, I was able to maintain steady enrollment in the Pronunciation (elective) class, with a high level of customer satisfaction. For example, I received consistent 5-star feedback from my students in a survey they completed on a three-month basis.

I teach a variety of lessons based on the learner's needs: grammar, listening, reading, writing, speaking and pronunciation. I create lessons that are creative, student-centred and interactive, with mini tests along the way and I give homework to practice the teaching point for the day. I can teach all levels - Beginner to Upper Intermediate level. I teach English to adult learners, but I have had experience teaching children (2-15 years old), too. My lessons are 1 hour each, usually in the evenings. I have been teaching ESL English for 12 years and I studied a Cert IV in CELTA.
