About Laura
Hey! My name is Laura, a former national athlete from Dublin looking to help and support those going into their fitness journey for a fair price! As a trainer but also academic with a master's in public affairs and law and bachelor's in social science, I not only understand sports and fitness but also the importance of human connection and personal sustainability which is why I focus on building a program that feels achievable for you. Online coaching with weekly check-ins, plus nutrition advice is available.
