About Courtanae
I have a degree in Business Studies; I have more than 7 years teaching experience. I am a professional who believes that my gift of teaching others how to become a better boss is something that must be shared. I have many diplomas and certificates in different courses as my aim to be well-rounded and not only focus on one course. My aim is to achieve a Doctorate in Education and Leadership Management.

I am a very practical person and therefore love to use illustrations or experiences to relate a point. I find that my clients and students learn and apply information much better when I use practicality. I also try to understand each student and not use the personality of one student to teach another.
I find that applying an open-door policy within teaching environments are also another plus, it means that the student can seek advice at any time without feeling like they are disturbing you which in turn means a higher comprehensive rate for the class and in the long run, the school.
I love to teach adults because they have a sense of direction and are more understanding of exactly what they want from life and what they are going to do. However, with my experience teaching children teenagers, I find the personalities very interesting.
