About Ethem
My name is Ethem Beldagli, and I am an ambitious, tech-savvy 14-year-old student with a strong passion for mathematics and computer science. From a young age, I have thoroughly enjoyed working with numbers, solving logical puzzles, and building creative software projects. This deep interest has given me a comprehensive understanding of foundational coding platforms like Scratch, as well as core primary school mathematics.
I am choosing to teach because I want to share my genuine enthusiasm for STEM subjects with the next generation of students. I firmly believe that when young children learn maths and programming from someone closer to their own age, it feels far less intimidating and significantly more approachable. My goal is to serve as an encouraging mentor who makes academics highly engaging, inspires long-term learning confidence, and demonstrates that logic-based skills are incredibly rewarding to master.

I provide structured, engaging online tutoring sessions for primary school children aged 5 to 10 looking to develop their skills in mathematics, computer coding, or a combination of both. My teaching methodology focuses on clear, step-by-step guidance tailored specifically to beginners, breaking down complex analytical logic into clear, easily digestible concepts that build long-term confidence.
Typical lessons last exactly 40 minutes, which is carefully structured to optimise the learning capacity and concentration span of younger learners. For computer coding, I use foundational platforms like ScratchJr and Scratch to teach sequencing, debugging, and logic. For mathematics, the curriculum covers fundamental primary arithmetic, problem-solving, and numerical fluency.
As a dedicated, tech-savvy 14-year-old student, I connect incredibly well with younger learners, making the material highly approachable while maintaining a focused, productive academic environment. My parents fully supervise this tutoring business, and all scheduling and secure payments are managed directly through them.
