About Olwethu

I am a mother first and foremost to a lovely young boy. I am also a volunteer Sunday school teacher. I have over 8 years experience in the corporate environment where English was used as the main language for communication.
I furthered my studies and recently graduated. I am currently enrolled and studying Software Engineering.

About the lesson

It can be intimidating for a student when a teacher launches straight into the lesson. My classroom is an interactive space to learn and understand the English language. I use the Total Physical Response Teaching method as this makes the class fun and interactive and I also incorporate the Communicative Language Teaching method with adults as this focuses on teaching the language through real world assignments and this allows me to connect with my students. I want to get to know you and most importantly I want to help you learn the English language.
