I love creating lesson plans, organising workflow and interacting with the students.
I would first understand the student's knowledge for the specific topic and then prepare my teaching plan. Moreover, it's very important to take small tests in between so that I will give me an idea of whether the student is understanding. I will take the follow-ups. I required I will change my teaching plan accordingly.
