About Claire
I grew up in the south-east of France, in the area knows as Provence. Ever since I was young I’ve been passionated about cooking. I was always in the kitchen with my mum, copying everything she did.
Growing up, I graduated with a technical degree in management and culinary arts. After graduating I worked in both Paris and Burgundy in Michelin stars restaurant. Doing that for a few years I really felt like something different so decided to follow my childhood dream of travelling around the world to learn all about different cultures, all with their own specific cuisines.
Finally, 4 years ago, I settled in Vancouver, Canada where I started to learn about preserving spring and summer products for the long and dark winters.
I strive to share recipes that reflects me, my experience in the French kitchens and kitchens all around the world, and my passion for growing my own food and foraging products from nature.
I love sharing my savoir faire and my love for cooking.

Are you an individual, a couple or a family who like cooking and need help preparing delicious meal? And while doing so, do it by using seasonal products and limit your waste?
During the class, my objective is to offer you the best and most positive experience possible. We would work together and set up the lessons after your preferences.
You would have the choice to pick recipes from my recipe book. Each recipe can be adapted to suit your needs. We’ll get through it together and I’ll give you all the tips and advice you’ll need to replicate it on your own.
Type cuisine and recipes:
-Brunch menu when you have family over
-Fancy dinner for your better half
-Have fun baking with your kids
-Fermentation, home preserving.
-French, Provençale, Mediterranean, Creole, Nordic, North American, North-African, NZ/Aussie.
The first booking is free, and thats when I get to know your needs and expectations. After that we will start cooking.
