About Pamela
I have been teaching in Buenos Aires for over seven years, inspired to come here from my own language studies and wanted to give back what I had learned and experienced by communicating in another language.
Am very versatile and the emphasis is always on conversation and enjoying the classes in a relaxed environment.

I love sharing my culture and knowledge of English and have a deep fascination for what it means to learn a second language. When you learn to communicate in another language you also learn another way of thinking, different emotions a different melody that opens up your world. As well as my academic training a lot of my teaching methodology comes from my own experience of learning a second language ( Spanish) and how much it changed me in terms of new friendships, opportunities and how enriching the process of learning a new language is. My role as a teacher is not only to help you in learn grammar structures but also to guide you in finding ways to advance independently outside of the class in a way that suits you personality and interests.
Being bilingual in Spanish one of my strengths is helping Spanish speaking students as I can quickly identify any errors and understand the reason behind the as i made all the same mistakes in reverse! Though of course n classes I will be speaking only in English and the emphasis is in conversation as communicating verbally is I believe one of the keys in advancing.
Clases are super flexible depending on your objective and level and are designed around your needs whether its structured classes working though grammar or conversation classes to improve fluency or perhaps you are looking to take an exam such as the Cambridge First Certificate or Advanced
Most importantly my aim is to get to know you and what you want to achieve.
Clases are online, I offer free 30 mins chat to assess your level and work out the best plan for your needs and see if we connect as teacher/ student as this is very important too!
