About Bhawna
Creating lasting change through educational innovation is my passion hence to fulfill this I pursued Bachelor's in Elementary education especially mathematics as one of my major subjects. The journey in this course equipped me with the right pedagogy and innovative strategies for making mathematical learning fun and engaging. I believe that teaching doesn’t only require the number of degrees you hold but it demands to use the right pedagogical strategies with different age groups of learners. I want my learner to see the practical application of mathematics in everyday life. My teaching methods consist of building concepts on learners' prior knowledge. You probably hear “WHY DO YOU THINK SO”? a lot of time during discussions because this helps to know learners' perspective and build on it further. Features: 1. I use a hands-on approach, combining interactive exercises, visual aids, and online resources to engage students and enhance understanding. 2. I usually cite examples from learner context and day-to-day life. 3. Classes are generally for 1 hour, 1.5 hours, 2 hours, 2.5 hours, or 3 hours and can be extended. 3. A PDF will be shared, which contains notes or the board content used in explanation during class for revision or future reference. 4. My sessions are for students of grade 1 to 10.
