About Megan
I am a professional dancer, choreographer, and theater maker who's movement practice is strongly rooted in Pilates. It is my belief that the stories of our lives live in you fascia, and that movement is the best way to release those stories. The pace of pilates allows for mindful transmutation, mind body connection and gentle strength building, so sharing this work since being certified in 2018 is one of my greatest joys.

Megan is one of the most inclusive, understanding teachers I’ve ever learned from. She individualizes her teaching to best suit her dancers and is always a listening ear when needed. Not only is she an amazing teacher with helpful input, she’s light hearted and really funny so you’ll have fun while improving your craft.
Megan is a skilled choreographer, and I learned a lot from her in all of the styles that she instructed me in. Megan is extremely caring and the love is felt in every adjustment in class and conversation outside of class. She has a very positive attitude and an infectious love of movement and inspires students to explore and have fun.
