About Harriet
I gained my English degree from Liverpool University in 2019. During this time, I spent a year in China where I taught English as an additional language to A1 level learners.
I have since qualified with a PGCE in English from Edge Hill University and taught in a UK secondary school for 3 years. Here, we used AQA exam board however I do have experience of Edexcel from previous private lessons.
I now work in a school in Seville, Spain, teaching English as an additional language from A1-C1 level learners.
I love watching my students develop their English and am committed to making sure every learner achieve their goals.

I have taught as a secondary school English teacher for 3 years so I understand how each learner is unique. My lessons are centred around you and will be bespoke to your own needs. Whether this is exam preparation, reading, writing, essay skills or grammar, we will work together to find the best approach that works for you. Some learners require a more structured approach, whereas some benefit from a more informal format - whichever suits you, I can guarantee our lessons will be both engaging and informative!
