I’m a passionate language student at university with a love for helping others succeed in English. My approach to tutoring is centred around making the subject both engaging and approachable, while focusing on key skills like reading, writing, and analysis. As a passionate language student at university, my goal is to make English enjoyable while helping students refine their exam techniques. I focus on improving reading, writing, and analytical skills, ensuring that students not only grasp the subject but also feel confident approaching their exams.
Lessons typically last 30 to 60 minutes, and I offer flexibility to accommodate to students' schedules. I adapt my teaching methods to suit each student’s needs and tutor up to GCSE level, including both English Literature and English Language. I am also able to tutor for SATs, 11+, Common Entrance and 13+. Using past exam papers and personalised exercises are integral to my teaching in order to help students reach their academic goals and enjoy the process along the way.
