Il ajuste ses interventions selon la personnalité de chaque joueur, afin de les motiver pour être au service de l’équipe. Somme toute, Smail est un professionnel authentique.
Comme enseignant de langue française; doté d’une solide culture littéraire française et une maîtriser des règles de la langue français, Smail fait preuve d’une pédagogie très raffinée. Capable de suivre un programme tout en proposant des contenues originaux.
