About Sylvie
After 10 years of life and experience in England, I decided to return to France. I have been teaching for 5 years and have already trained many pupils. The great majority of my pupils have been successfully received at the examinations they have presented.

I am an English teacher in England in college, lycees and higher education. The courses are aimed at all levels since being bilingual I can address a varied public and of various levels. The teaching of a language is inseparable from the culture of the country. That is why, during my classes, I propose to discover English culture through British media or by using authentic documents (brochures, documentaries, short films, websites ...). I think that these allow learners to really get involved in their learning of the English language and to project themselves or to invest in a stay in England for example. As a result, my nine years of teaching and living in England are a prime asset to me. Regardless of the age and level of students I teach, my priority is to create a benign atmosphere in the classroom so that everyone can feel comfortable speaking in a language that is first foreign. Dynamic and lively, my courses are essentially geared towards communication. I prefer oral expression: I try to make my pupils want to express themselves in English with a bilingual teacher and to interest them in Anglo-Saxon culture through the use of language in any language. situation. Me classes are focused on speaking, writing, listening and reading to develop the four skills to master a language.
