I’m Caitlin, an experienced English tutor passionate about helping students of all ages reach their full potential. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of assisting learners across the shire, from young children in daycare to students in school, and I bring this wealth of experience to every lesson I teach.

My Approach to Tutoring and Teaching Methodology
As an English tutor, I believe in creating a supportive and engaging environment where my students can build their confidence and skills. My teaching approach is highly personalised, focusing on each student’s individual needs and learning style. Whether you are improving your writing, enhancing your vocabulary, or mastering grammar, I make sure my lessons are designed to help you succeed.
I use a variety of interactive methods in my lessons, such as conversational practice, reading exercises, and writing tasks, to keep things interesting and effective. My goal is not just to teach you the language, but to help you feel confident and capable in using it.
Lesson Length and Structure
Each lesson typically lasts 60 to 90 minutes, giving us plenty of time to dive into the material while keeping the pace manageable. I structure each session to include a mix of skills—reading, writing, speaking, and listening—based on what you need the most. I also offer flexibility, so we can focus on specific areas you would like to improve, whether it is preparing for an exam or improving your day-to-day communication.
My Qualifications and Experience
I have several years of experience tutoring students from all backgrounds and proficiency levels, from beginners to advanced learners. I am last year English student, and I continue to grow professionally by staying up to date with the latest teaching strategies. My focus is always on helping my students achieve their goals, no matter how big or small.
