I teach through examples and give plenty of practice when needed. I always give thorough, professional feedback on all work. A typical lesson plan includes an overview of the lesson's purpose, a check-in of the student's skill level, examples, practice, and feedback. I have several years of writing experience and have received awards on a state level for my writing. My lessons are for middle school and high school levels.
