About Jasmine
Hi, I’m Jasmine, and I’m passionate about helping people learn, grow and become more confident in their abilities.
I’ve always believed that learning should be a positive experience, not something that makes you feel embarrassed or worried about getting things wrong. I want to tutor because I enjoy helping others overcome challenges and seeing that moment when something finally “clicks”.
I offer support with English, reading, writing, phonics and spelling, and I understand that everyone learns in their own way and at their own pace. My aim is to create a friendly, patient and supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and trying again.
For me, tutoring isn’t just about teaching a subject — it’s about helping students build confidence in themselves. I want my students to finish each session feeling proud of what they’ve achieved and motivated to keep learning.

My approach to tutoring is centred around patience, encouragement and building confidence. I believe every student learns differently, so I take the time to understand their individual needs, strengths and areas where they may need extra support.
Whether we are working on English, reading, writing, phonics or spelling, I aim to make every lesson engaging, relaxed and completely judgement-free. I break topics down into manageable steps and celebrate progress along the way, helping students develop not only their skills but also their confidence in themselves.
My goal is to create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and trying again. I want every student to finish a lesson feeling that they have achieved something and are one step closer to reaching their goals.
