About Brittney
Hey there! My name is Brittney and I am an incoming freshman in college that is going to be majoring in Forensic Science with a minor in Chemistry! I am here to be a tutor for anyone who needs some extra help in Biology or Anatomy, specifically high school level Biology and/ Anatomy. I remember being scared in school to ask for help in my classes, but I am so glad that I did because it made me want to help students more! I have experience with being a Peer Tutor at my school when it comes to science classes and I am here to let you know that I am here for you! I try to introduce the topic that I am talking about with a brief video and then I follow with a fun little presentation about the certain topic or area.
I give the students time to reflect on what they have learned at the end of the session and have them write or say out loud what they liked about the lesson and/topic and what they are confused about, if there is any confusion.
My lessons are generally based towards those in high school level Biology or Anatomy classes (AP Biology, Human Anatomy, Honors Biology I, etc.)
