About Suzan
I am an admin coordinator most of my life. I have worked with different types of ERP systems and teach my colleagues on their day to day work within the corporate company. I enjoy the outdoors such as hiking, water sports, reading, baking, doing crafts, gardening and doing charity work with the Lions International group. I have worked at old age homes where I have been helping and reading to older people. I have taught the children at a Sunday school and I have brought up my own daughter as a single mother. Some days I go to a shopping center, drink a cup of coffee where I can just watch people as they pass by. As an extrovert too, I love people, interacting with people and looking at their actions.

Communication is key to any learning. I start with simple things such as your name, your surname, how old you are, what your hobbies are and why they want to take this class. At the end, the outcome needs to be what their goals are. When everybody knows each other, I introduce a reading book. Something simple and not to challenge the person or child but to do a basic assessment to see on which level each person is and to handle that person according to their ability. Group work with discussion on a certain topic is a more relaxed environment where when one does not know the answers, someone else in the group helps. Those people or kids more advanced will then get a more challenging topic to broaden their minds in learning and those less advanced should get a one on one class to get to a level that they want to be on according to their goal.
