Teaching methodology differs as it should cater to the individual's learning style. I try to make English classes as interesting as possible. It involves borrowing references from the student's area of interest. There is a lot of reading, writing accompanied by grammar in small amounts as a good mix of all the different components keeps the student attentive and interested. I have experience with students of all ages which gives a fair amount of knowledge about what works best for which age group.
