I plan my lessons, using continuous assessment to identify the next steps in learning for each pupil to meet their individual needs. I am flexible and responsive to students if they have a particular area they wish to focus on. I use a variety of methods within each lesson to keep it interesting and to encourage recall of information. A typical lesson is an hour. I have 13 years' experience as a qualified teacher and a Master's in Education. I have experience with children with SEN and English as a Second Language.
