About Kenza

I am a native English speaker with top academic results, achieving an A* in GCSE English Language and English Literature, and an A in A-Level English Literature.

Although I have not taught English professionally, I have successfully helped two non-native friends become fluent English speakers through structured, practical conversation-based lessons. I also have experience tutoring four GCSE students in English, Biology, and Chemistry — all of whom achieved their target grades.

I am passionate about helping students build confidence and clarity in their communication. My lessons are tailored, supportive, and focused on real progress - whether you’re preparing for exams, improving your writing skills, or working towards conversational fluency.

About the lesson

I teach English to foreign and non-native speakers of all ages and levels.

Every lesson is carefully tailored to your individual ability, goals, and learning style. Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to refine advanced skills, I design sessions that meet you exactly where you are.

I strongly believe that true language fluency comes from consistent, meaningful conversation. We naturally acquire our native language by speaking first, long before we learn to read or write. For this reason, my teaching approach prioritises spoken communication to build confidence, pronunciation, and natural expression from the very beginning.

Once you feel comfortable speaking and noticeable progress has been made, we then strengthen grammar, spelling, reading, and writing skills in a structured and supportive way.

My lessons are interactive, engaging, and enjoyable, creating a positive environment where students feel confident expressing themselves and making real progress in speaking, reading, and writing English.
