Hello there! I'm Shannon Elizabeth, a dedicated educator with a deep passion for language, learning, and connection.
With a Master's degree in Holistic Education and a strong foundation in Elementary Education (K-5) and ESL (PreK-12th grade), I bring a comprehensive and versatile approach to teaching. My academic background has equipped me with the tools to create a learning environment that considers not only the intellectual growth of my students but also their emotional and social development.
My teaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that education is a collaborative journey. Just as much as I'm here to guide and instruct, I'm here to learn alongside my students. This philosophy took root during my immersive experience in Nepali village schools while on a college internship. Witnessing the transformative power of education in diverse settings ignited my lifelong commitment to fostering meaningful connections through language.
