Hello, I'm Serra! As soon as I graduated, I started teaching at primary-secondary-high school levels. I mainly use English while teaching. Even though I use both English and Turkish in the first lessons, I gradually increase the rate of English. Although I teach pre-school, middle school-high school students, I can help everyone who wants to learn English. Learning to speak and understand rather than grammar and written rules is my main goal. At the beginning of the lesson, we start by talking about what we've been doing since our last lesson with a little chat. We go over the homework I gave in the previous lesson, talk about what we will learn that day, and learn what we are missing or want to improve on. At the end of the lesson, I give small assignments that will not tire in order to reinforce what we have learned and I go over it in other lessons. Merhaba! Serra’yı Hacettepe Üniversitesi İngilizce Mütercim Tercümanlık Bölümünde tanıdım. Başarılı olduğu kadar sevecen biri. Öğretmeyi çok seviyor. Hatta çoğu vizemi onun sayesinde geçtiğimi söyleyebilirim. Oldukça anlayışlı ve sabırlı doğası onu çok iyi bir öğretmen yapıyor. Amerika ve İngiltere’de geçirdiği vakitler ise Serra’yı ingilizcede oldukça yetkin kılmış. Herkese Serra Hocayı gönül rahatlığıyla önerebilirim!
