When I am tutoring one on one I like to initially find out the students strengths and weaknesses so I can put together a lesson plan that is specifically tailored to meet the students needs and goals. When teaching in a classroom setting, I make sure that all my lesson plans are currant, interesting and enjoyable . I firmly believe that English and English grammar is better taught when the lesson is fun.
