I am a graduate of two different courses, Diploma in Tourism and Commerce, plus certificates in different courses, I am from the Philippines but have been speaking the language since childhood, (American English) I am Australian and lives in Queensland.

My approach is like using the English language as spoken everyday and of course spelling and the use of a dictionary to understand different meanings of "a word" as a word can have different meanings depending on how we say and use in a sentence.

Hmmmm. I guess that, she should not be only confined by "giving" her students confidence but to also showcase the unique trait of each individuality that her students posses, To make that grow into something not so subjective and what you could say limited to the phrase "give- confidence".
Being an efficient educator not only stays on giving confidence solely, but they also inspire their students to strive for the best hopefully molding them into the person they could have never imagined.
Although transforming them into their newest version has a lot of risks, draining you both emotionally and physically, in the end these little gifts of today are worth surprising each of our tomorrows.
Keep them excited and be always ready for it is not clay you are shaping but the future generation.
