About Rae-Anne
I’m Rae‑Anne, founder of Lineage Learning Lab. I specialise in helping GCSE and A‑level students master English Language, English Literature and Sociology through clear structure, exam‑board‑aligned practice and personalised feedback. Lessons focus on building confident reading, sharper argumentation and reliable essay technique so students improve grades and gain independent study skills. Techniques and Teaching Methodology
Model and practice — I demonstrate planning and writing, then guide students through scaffolded practice until they can reproduce the technique independently.
Exam‑board alignment — every task is mapped to markschemes and assessment objectives so practice converts directly into higher marks.
Structured frameworks — PEEL/PEA for essays, paragraph templates for language questions, and theory‑to‑application mapping for sociology.
Timed practice and feedback — regular timed questions with written feedback and clear, actionable targets.
Socratic questioning — to develop critical thinking and deeper textual interpretation.

Lesson lengths and Formats
