English language bachelor and North-American Literature Master offers creative and personalized English lessons with no linguistic prejudice

Mariana started working in 2021 at Trinity, the language school where I work as a co-founder and director of studies. She worked for one and a half years with us, where she taught English to children and teenagers from starter to intermediate levels of proficiency. While she stayed with us, she proved to be a competent professional, always eager to learn and share her knowledge and experience with the other teachers in our school. In our CPD (Continuous Professional Development) Sessions, Mariana helped us a great deal, discussing the methodology and teaching techniques, and preparing material for classes.
I was responsible for observing her classes, and I could see her professional growth as a planner, monitor, facilitator, assessor and rapport builder, teacher roles that she performed efficiently. Mariana was always creative, preparing lively and dynamic classes, which she delivered confidently and skillfully. Moreover, her relationship both with our staff and with her students was always outstanding. In short, such a professional could only be dearly missed when she left us to initiate her Masters Studies.
