About Xhali
I am creative and resourceful with proven ability to enhance learners’ performance, offering 24 months of varied instructional experience in the teaching industry. I possess a positive and effective teaching style with the willingness to work above and beyond the call of duty. I work well on my own initiative as well as part of a team, with the ability to evaluate and solve problems effectively. Furthermore, I reinforce skills such as independence and problem solving. I follow policies and regulations in keeping progress notes and student records in making the necessary reports at the end of the day. My objective is to obtain position as an English tutor that will utilize my strong dedication to children’s development and their educational needs. Furthermore, as a compassionate, enthusiastic and intelligent teacher, I would like to make a positive contribution to students' intellect.
