Hi! I am an English teacher from Canada with a university degree in Political Science, a CELTA teaching certificate and a postgraduate certificate in English Didactics. I have over 5 years of experience teaching at all levels and ages, from Elementary to Advanced and children to adults. I use different materials ranging from Cambridge and Oxford University Press books to online resources as well as my own teaching materials. The classes cover all communicative aspects of the language and are adapted to the student's needs, whether they be preparing for official exams, refresher courses, tutoring lessons, Business English or general classes. Gran profesor! Hice un mes intensivo para preparar el TOEFL con Xavier. Tenia como objetivo un 90/120. Gracias a Xavier no solo alcanzé mi objetivo sino que lo supere 101/120. Clases entretenidas a la vez que eficientes.
Xavier es un profesor muy responsable y creativo, lo que me gusta de él es que anima y motiva a sus alumnos, siempre está buscando cómo sacar lo mejor de cada uno, y eso me parece muy importante. Como alumna estoy muy contenta de haberlo tenido como profesor.
Xavier es un profesor muy comprometido, creativo, divertido y paciente con sus alumnos. Siempre ha sido flexible a la hora de dar clases de inglés y es una persona más que apta para enseñar tanto inglés como francés o español (incluso catalán diría). Gracias a él conseguí mejorar muchísimo mi inglés y entrar en una de las universidades más prestigiosas de Londres (London School of Economics).
A parte también es un amante de la música y tiene mucha flexibilidad a la hora de ayudar a sus alumnos. Para mí es un referente y sin lugar a duda un ejemplo para los demás profesores. 100% recomendable, sobretodo para alumnos avanzados como yo que necesitan pulir sus habilidades comunicativas.View more recommendations
