About Sophie
As part of my university studies in French and History, I work as an English teaching assistant in primary schools in Montpellier. I simultaneously give English tutoring on a weekly basis to a wide variety of ages (8 to 60), which has allowed me to obtain an interactive and inclusive pedagogy.

I am dynamic, enthusiastic and flexible in order to adapt myself to different levels of language skills as well as a student's specific needs. As a teaching assistant, I help tutees to learn grammatical structures, vocabulary, accent improvement and the ability to engage with more complex topics (ethical discussions). As a language student, I also understand the importance and significance of learning the culture of a country alongside the language to better understand the country's identity.
