About Renner
“As a teacher with 4years of experience, I am excited about the opportunity to apply my skills and experience. In addition to my Bachelor of Arts in English and Literary Studies, I also have a certificate in human resource management of which has helped me in managing and relating with different kind of students. I am currently an English and Literature subject Teacher and a Form Teacher in a Secondary School teaching JSS1-SSS2. What I learning through the experience of Teaching is that to get kids to remember and understand I had to inspire and motivate them with a loving, caring corrective methods when discussing with them and I implemented unorthodox teaching strategies such as watching Literature videos on folktales stories, novels which had their movies, to get students excited about the subject matter thereby make them get interested in reading and loving the topic and make it memorable for them. I am passionate about teaching and helping students come to love the act of learning, and I would cherish the opportunity to transform the way students view learning a subject.

For the English Lesson, I’ll teach You the important rules of reading, writing, and Constructing correct use of Grammar. I’ll oversee your progress by tracking Assignments, Tests and Exams grades in order to provide useful feedback.
For the Literature Lesson, I will teach You the study of appreciating, teach You important literary terms and techniques and Evaluate Your progress by tracking Assignments, Tests grades in order to provide useful feedback.
