About Lerato
I have studied and worked in the clothing manufacturing industry for over 8years and English has played a big role in communicating goals and ideas to different individuals in the workplace. Working in the Clothing industry has allowed me to express myself creatively and learn how to solve problems whilst sharing knowledge with others. My hobbies are drawing, cooking and reading books .I developed a love for literature at a young age and have since loved reading books which has opened me up to the love of the language English. You can be confident that in my class you will not only improve on the language, but you will also love the process of learning English. After all, "to learn a new language is to have one more window from which to look at the world ".

I look forward to sharing my knowledge in grammar, pronunciation, articulation and punctuation.
My teaching styles are the Collaborative, Constructive, Reflective, and Inquiry based approach. I intend to focus mostly on the needs of the student and the language goals they want to reach. I will engage my students in conversations that will build confidence and improve their speech eloquently, which enforces the Collaborative style. My experience in the workplace has helped me relate to different groups of people and also work together to achieve excellence. I believe in building confidence as we learn, so giving Constructive feedback to my students so they can reflect on their progress will be one of my tools in the classrom. I look forward to learning what each student would like to improve in so that our lessons are target-focused. sharing my knowledge in grammar, pronunciation, articulation and punctuation.
