About Kavita
My interest in engineering started with curiosity about how machines and systems function in daily life. This led me to pursue a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, where I explored design, analysis, and practical applications. Over 9 years of teaching, I have helped students understand engineering concepts with clarity and confidence.
I focus on making lessons simple and structured. I believe students learn best when they see clear connections between theory and application. I use examples, diagrams, and step-by-step explanations to make learning smooth and effective. I also encourage students to think independently and develop their own problem-solving approach.
Beyond teaching, I continue to explore engineering concepts through reading and practical observation. I enjoy understanding how new technologies work and sharing those insights with students. Teaching engineering allows me to support learners in building strong thinking skills and practical knowledge that will help them in many areas of life.

Engineering becomes easier when students understand how theory connects with real-world applications. My lessons focus on breaking down complex systems into simple concepts that students can visualise and relate to. We explore mechanics, materials, basic design principles, and problem-solving methods in a structured way. I guide students step by step so they build clarity without feeling rushed. The goal is to create a strong foundation where each concept connects naturally to the next.
For beginners, lessons focus on basic principles, simple calculations, and understanding how systems work. Intermediate learners move into deeper analysis, numerical problems, and practical applications. Advanced students work on design thinking, case studies, and exam preparation with clear strategies. Each session includes guided practice and revision so students build confidence and accuracy over time.
Engineering also helps students develop logical thinking and decision-making skills. As they progress, they become more comfortable handling complex problems. My aim is to help learners not only succeed academically but also understand how engineering shapes the world around them.
