About Rogelio
I am currently an engineering student in computational technologies at Tec de Monterrey with an academic scholarship, at the same time that I have been a mathematics assistant at a Kumon center for some years.
From the age of 5 I began to take the Kumon mathematics methodology 9 years later I started working as an assistant and I started giving advice to my classmates.
That is where my taste for teaching the subject arose, the fact of being able to generate a change in the perception of how they see mathematics already makes me an important change and perhaps not making them love them or something similar , but at least to ensure that they do not continue saying “they are impossible.”
In these 4 years I have seen children improve themselves and make the most of the explanations that I get to offer them, from a primary school girl who was having a hard time learning to add , subtract and multiply, up to 2 brothers passing their extra math with 10, it is important to remember that most of the effort must be put by the boys in order to achieve their goals in the best way.

My teaching methods always vary between students, none is different, some can be assigned homework to others, you have to do 100 exercises during class, with others use more visual applications on the topics, they are all and learn differently. [N ] During class, they start with 10 minutes to talk with the student about what he knows and what he does not know (how he is doing in school, how he did with the homework, etc.), 30 minutes are used to see the topic and 20 minutes to do exercises.
I recommend classes of a maximum of 2 hours, normally I suggest only 1h so that they present as much attention as possible, if it is 2 hours I suggest a 10 minute break at the end of the first 45 minutes, we must not forget that for success a 40 is given by the teacher and a 60 is given by the student.
I am conclusive of the Kumon method of mathematics and most of my methods come from that institution, but I have always been quite flexible and I usually apply from different sides.
My classes in these 4 years have normally been aimed at high school, middle school and elementary students, only in some specific cases I have given to university students.

Es un profesor que tiene mucha paciencia para explicar, su método de enseñanza es la práctica a través del ejemplo.

Conozco el trabajo del profesor desde hace años y hasta la fecha, ha sido uno de los profes más capaces que he tenido, además de tener las matemáticas en la palma de su mano, tiene carisma y demasiada habilidad para explicar, de manera que tú mismo realices el ejercicio acompañado de él solo en las partes en las que se te dificulte; en conclusión recomiendo ampliamente al profe ya que él me ha ayudado muchísimo a comprender y resolver por mí sin más ayuda de la necesaria los ejercicios.
